The location, the quiet, and respect for the environment. The meals were not well cooked and cold.

Only the view. The room was old, the mattresses were bad, the bathroom was shabby, dark, I have never seen a worse stay anywhere.

The buffet breakfast staff were always eager. They greeted you with a smile that brightened your morning. If you asked for something, they'd do it immediately without any trouble. The front desk ladies always had a smile and were happy to help. The cleaning lady went above and beyond with a smile, even helped carry our bags to the first floor, though she seemed to have a broken arm.
