Spotlessly clean, great spot, and the pool is the cherry on top; staff member Lylay is fantastic, helpful, and speaks excellent English.

Great value for money, secure, and the staff are friendly and helpful; everything else is fine, though there is a bit of morning noise from the balcony overlooking the street.

Staff are very nice and helpful, the location is brilliant, and the room with a double bed is lovely; everything else works perfectly.

There was no elevator, and the hotel was empty, yet they still gave us the top floor. They refused to do laundry and told us to go to a laundromat. The guy at reception, while visibly unhappy, tried to smile and talk normally, but the lady was very sly. It feels like they’re forced to smile. When brushing teeth, everything drips from the pipe straight onto the floor—at least fix the pipe! For a hostel, that’s pricey! It shouldn’t cost more than $10.

The place was close to the market and other tourist spots. Every staff member greeted us, noticed that I was feeling ill, and kindly helped. They happily took on extra requests as well. No complaints.
