The room was super clean and organized, and the location was perfect! No complaints at all.

Dov’era posizionato. Fare 4 piani senza ascensore e le sedie fuori al balcone erano rotte ma posso dire che dopo 1 giorni ci hanno fatto trovare altre sedie dopo il messaggio che ho girato

I liked the location of the property. What I didn't like: 1. The noise level was horrible—every passerby was audible, doors opened with a thud, gaps in the entrance door, and the door itself was flimsy. 2. There was a sewage smell that intensified at night, making it impossible to sleep. 3. Occasionally, people without a fixed address slept at the entrance door.

The location was very central, close to the metro. For the price paid, it’s an acceptable option thanks to the excellent spot, just steps from Rua Augusta. The bathrooms were clean, and the linens were changed daily. The room’s comfort left something to be desired: it was very small, felt old, and the bed was hard and quite uncomfortable. Also, as everyone knows, the building has no lift, and getting up to the fourth floor is tough, especially with luggage.
