The cleaning was good, the laundry room was handy, and it was relatively close to a subway station and a decent supermarket. The room itself was cramped and hard to navigate, the breakfast was awful—scrambled eggs with weird clumps, dry bagels and croissants, and the coffee was weak. I even found a moldy bagel.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus service were great, and they offered fruit in the dining area. One lift was out for over a week, making movement slow and crowded, and breakfast was always cold.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport. However, even though it was very close to the airport, it took us almost an hour to get from our terminal to the hotel, including a 30‑minute wait for the shuttle.
