Great place to stay
“A good value place to stay, comfortable, well equipped and well located a short drive from nice beaches and good restaur”
The rooms were comfy, the restaurant was good and right next to the pool, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the pool itself was big with a nice seating area, though the water was a bit cloudy. Grab or Bluebird rides to restaurants and other beaches were cheap and easy, and everything around Senggigi—restaurants, transport, and the hotel—offered good value. The beach itself wasn’t ideal for swimming, but getting to other great beaches was cheap and easy by Grab or Bluebird.

The staff were welcoming and warm, the pool was excellent, and there was direct beach access with beautiful sunsets. The pool towels were given out in a drip‑by‑drip manner, the equipment could use a renovation (e.g., the air‑con was very noisy when it worked, and it was hard to get hot water).

The old‑school vibe, the pool, the easy walk to the town, and the cheap taxis made it a great spot, and the massage recommendation was spot on with good price and excellent technique; the staff were super friendly and helpful, the air‑con worked well, and the price was spot‑on. The only gripe was the TV, which could use a small upgrade, but since I stream Netflix it was fine.

We had a good stay in a great location between two surf breaks, and the staff were lovely with a great price. The only downside was that the shower took about 10 minutes to warm up.
