“Buena atención como para volver visitar Piura”

The breakfast was good and they cleaned every day. The staff were always attentive and friendly. Some lights wouldn’t turn on and there was noise at night, probably from an outside machine.

The place was spotless and the team was very friendly and professional. The road construction around the hotel was a bit annoying, but there was nothing the staff could do about it.

“Horrible”

Nothing positive. The bathroom had hair stuck to the wall. They lie about accepting all payment methods; when I tried to pay for my stay they said the POS was broken, and then they wouldn’t let me pay in dollars either.

Nothing positive. The shower was full of hair. They say they accept all payment types, yet at the hotel the POS was refused, I tried paying in dollars and they wouldn’t accept it either, forcing me to pay in cash while I don’t handle cash.

We liked the location and felt safe, and the staff were pretty friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, everything was tidy and clean, but breakfast was only served for one hour despite the ad saying 7‑9 am, and the mattresses were not very comfortable.
