“Disappointed”
They offer a nice, comfy hide overlooking the waterhole. However, the vibe felt a bit pretentious for the price, and the overall experience didn't match the cost. We stayed only one night; their boma dinner fell short—no pre‑dinner drinks, a bland chicken curry, and no guide hosting. The next morning we left before breakfast, skipping the game drive because we were disappointed and uncomfortable. Even getting a cup of coffee was a struggle. The manager showed no interest in asking why we were unhappy.
