Great spot, right next to the beach and the main street. The kitchen is solid with plenty of dishes, and the dining area is roomy. The hosts, who live on the first floor, are friendly and always ready to help. You can buy bottled water on site, so no need to lug bottles from the store. The room comes with a fan and air‑conditioning, and the grounds are well maintained.

We checked in early, and no one bothered us or pushed their opinions. The ocean is relatively close, but you have to walk to the cafés (about 7 minutes to the nearest one). The air‑conditioner works well, the beds are comfortable, and there's a fan. There's a fridge and a kitchen with the basics, though we had to buy water. The balcony is too small to sit on, but there's a veranda that’s not super cozy yet acceptable. The shower water pressure is weak, but there were no major issues with the shower. When we arrived, the room was clean, but there was no housekeeping service at all; even the trash wasn’t taken out. The room didn’t have a broom, and a sandpit was on the floor. The kitchen wasn’t very clean either; it’s self‑service, but a pan with ants was still a mess.
