“Bien para ir al parque de atracciones”
I stayed in an elegant and comfortable room, though the beds were a bit noisy, yet we slept well. The communication was terrible; when I called to ask about transport to the park, they said it would cost 6€, but when I arrived the fare was 30€. They also promised some food for the kids in the room, something they suggested, but nothing was left.
“Ottima esperienza”
The breakfast was incredible, with plenty of sweet and savory options, and there was constant checking to keep stations from being empty. The front‑desk staff were incredibly kind and polite. The property itself is great, located so that Zoomarine is about a 20‑minute drive away. The only negatives I could find (and I had to look hard) were the loud air‑conditioning and one of the children's beds was directly in front of the fan, so we had to turn it off at night.
“Nelle camere il rumore del condizionatore è veramente fastidioso, in particolare di notte.”
The location is excellent and it’s easy to reach the property, the breakfast is great, and the parking lots are spacious but not always safe—if you can, use a basement lot or park away from other cars. At the parking lot they scratched my car, unfortunately the riffraff are everywhere. The people are ridiculous, lack civility, and still use a stick to communicate. No comment
The location was easy to find and the bed was comfortable. The parking was problematic, and the bathtub had hair in the faucet. I was asked to pay the tourist tax twice—once upon arrival and again when I was leaving—though I was only supposed to pay it once at arrival.
“Tutto perfetto tranne l'aria condizionata.”
The whole property and the hotel in general were fine, but the air‑conditioning on the entire fifth floor needs to be looked at.
