Wonderful staff, happy to help in pretty much any aspect you require.
The onsen were beautiful.
Breakfast was excellent, Location was confusing
The hotel is also super central, with a bus stop right nearby that made it easy to get around.

I was put off by the short‑haired lady who seemed like a leader and was bossy toward a young foreign maid.
“大満足!”
The staff were helpful, the food was tasty, I got to use the sister‑hotel’s bath, and they even shuttled us around in a tuk‑tuk, making for a very satisfying stay; I had no issues whatsoever.
The meals were good both at night and in the morning.
“お布団が薄くなかったら最高です”
The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I appreciated the 24‑hour bath, but the room was so bright it was blinding and the futon was disappointingly thin.
Even though the hotel wasn’t new, it had been renovated and stayed spotless; however, a long line formed at the buffet even after picking up trays, and I wished they’d inform guests that they could skip the line and grab food from any station.
