The location and layout of the hotel are excellent for rest. The cleaning lady was very efficient and kept the room in good condition. The restaurant is run by another management team. Kudos to Ivan (head chef and owner) and Mario (head of service) for the excellent service. The check‑in was a bit shallow because we weren’t given any instructions about the hotel or room, only about breakfast, which we didn’t have because we were in the penthouse suite with a kitchen. The suite lacks kitchen supplies; for example, there is no paper towel, tablecloths, or napkins. In the photo of the suite on the booking website, there’s a sliding door between the bedroom and living room that wasn’t there, which made the TV noise in the living room very audible if someone wanted to sleep on the big bed.

“Buena acomodación, ubicación conveniente”

I liked the location; even though it’s remote, having a car makes it very convenient to reach several villages in the area. I liked the spa concept and that it’s a very quiet place. The rooms are a bit dark and not very modern. The issue for me was having a room in the basement or ground floor; perhaps the upper floors offer a better experience.

We really liked the breakfast, both in quality and variety. The space and location of the hotel are priceless, and the views are also incredible. We weren’t told that access to the spa had to be paid separately (20 € shared or 30 € private) or that a reservation was required. When we arrived, the only availability was for the next morning. Also, we had booked a room with a bathtub, but were assigned one with a shower. When we mentioned it at reception, they said it depended on availability, even though the reservation confirmation clearly specified a bathtub.

“Mejorable la relación Calidad/Precio”

The food, spa, breakfast, and overall dining experience were all excellent, with the chef, waiters, and massage therapists providing great service. The front‑desk reception was far too brief when it came to welcoming guests, explaining available services, and giving local recommendations; a hotel of this class should offer 24‑hour reception. An incident with the fire alarm kept ringing for over half an hour because nobody was there to resolve it.

We stayed again this time, and the setting is beautiful while the house feels very welcoming.
