The area is very convenient for skiing, has parking, the kitchen can be used, and the owners are extremely welcoming—it feels like staying with family. The kitchen is not impeccably clean.

The place is family owned and run. They are very relaxed and hospitable. Great location midway between Niseko and Rusutsu. No place is perfect but I have no complaints.

The lobby was huge with a vaulted ceiling that made the place feel surprisingly spacious for Japan; the guest rooms were cozy, spotless, and came with comfy duvets and pillows, fresh linens, and a surprising array of musical instruments and balance‑trainer gear you could actually use. We even got to watch two little kids doing circles on their strider bikes while sipping coffee.

I loved the spot—right in the heart of Rutsutsu and Niseko, letting us pick the best conditions. The team, especially Oka and Mami, were warm, helpful, and genuinely great people.
