The stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, with an elegant design and attentive service that created a truly luxurious atmosphere. We especially loved the breathtaking views from our room and the high‑quality dining experience, and every detail was handled with care, making the trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return soon!

The suite was wonderful but lacked natural light because the bedroom windows faced a wall, making it feel very dark; more lighting and brighter furnishings would help. The location, staff, food, and drink were all positive.

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by an awkward and unprofessional check-in process at the front desk. Unfortunately, the heat in my suite didn't work properly, and the restaurant area felt chilly. The layout of my suite was also somewhat disjointed and poorly lit, which detracted from my overall experience.

I did enjoy the rooftop bar and the piano bar during my stay, and the rooms themselves were quite pleasant. However, I encountered some issues with the TV in my room, which was frustrating to navigate. The lobby area was also quite cramped.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was severely impacted by the extremely poor service I received. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
