Everything was great: the location, the staff, the facilities—no complaints.

Getting in and out was easy, but staying for a few days was a nightmare: the kitchen is shared by 5 to 7 people, sleeping with 7 people who snore, and it was impossible to sleep.

Julia and the other lady at reception were always so kind and helpful, and the volunteers who stay there are super friendly, giving the hostel a nice sociable vibe. The cleaning lady spoke to me in a rude manner and they stripped my bed half an hour before check‑out, and I also had new underwear stolen from the female‑only dorm.
