What a lovely hotel! Fantastic views. Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Tasty food and drink. The wellness area is wonderful. To sit in an outdoor pool and have the views was amazing. Cows playing in the field behind our room, hearing their bells. Easy to park the car. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed more! The showers are great with plenty of hot water. The pillows and duvets were so cosy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to write. It's an amazing place to go to, to rest and unwind!

“Nuestra experiencia en el Berghotel Randolins fue muy agradable”

I stayed in a cozy room that stayed warm all night. The hotel’s on‑site restaurant was handy since we arrived after 8 pm and didn’t know where to eat, and the breakfast was surprisingly varied and complete. We missed the hotel bus because our train was delayed, so we took an Uber from St. Moritz station to the hotel, paying about 30 CHF. The hotel also offers a trusted chauffeur service that costs roughly the same from the station, which can be a good option if you’re carrying luggage or outside public transport hours. For check‑out we booked the transport that leaves the hotel for the station. The next day we left early for a walk, one of the best parts of the stay; the surroundings are beautiful with natural scenery and a nearby river, and we walked a lot because it’s worth exploring. Overall, it’s a very pleasant hotel for enjoying nature and disconnecting. Breakfast is good, the setting is gorgeous, and having a restaurant on site is a bonus. Just remember to check transport options from the station in advance.

“Excellent place for a relaxing get away”

Very clean. Great spa facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit out of the way for us, however they had an excellent shuttle service that brought us into town and the train station

“Loved the hotel and will definitely return!”

Staff were great and we loved the facilities—spa, game room, laundry, and the complimentary shuttle to the train station and other spots was super helpful. Both restaurants were awesome with good food, value, and service; ordering from both menus in the same restaurant was a nice touch. The location on the Suvretta hillside offered amazing views and a 5‑minute walk to the nearest ski lift. The only downside was that the room didn’t have A/C and could get stuffy at night.
