How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The metro and historic centre are close by, and the room is spacious. The bathroom is old and tiny, and the flush splashes when pressed—adding a cover would help. The TV doesn’t work, nor does the HDMI port. I was woken for breakfast even though we’re on holiday and would have liked to sleep in. I’m just stating the facts, nothing mean.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very central. The building feels like a ruin, and the corridor and stairs leading to the room are unmaintained and in bad shape. They can’t tell the difference between the historic and old parts. Breakfast is only croissants, fruit juice, and coffee. Either skip the hotel breakfast or don’t pay for it—outside it costs 5 Euro.

The centre and transport links are close, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the towels are fresh. The breakfast is not what it claims to be—false on the booking page 😡. The room was shared with a dead cockroach 😅. The “view” is non‑existent, the bathroom is in terrible, unhygienic condition, and the flush leaks, which is useful when showering with a partner. There’s one roll of toilet paper for two people for three days, and two samples of shower gel for two people for three days. No one comes to clean the room, contrary to what’s advertised.

The location is great, the staff are kind and helpful, and I used the airport shuttle, which was very convenient. I would have liked some local pastries in the breakfast, like a sfogliatella.
