Breakfast isn’t included in the price, but you can prepare it yourself – the kitchen has all standard equipment, including refrigerators, and there’s a shared dining area for all rooms, an outdoor covered kiosk. Payment is cash only, which didn’t bother me; the owner pays attention to details – the street gate must always be locked (the room key comes with the gate key), and you can only enter the villa barefoot, but that didn’t bother me either.
