“Staff needs more training”

Been here 3 times the space is wonderful. Disappointed with the recent stay as they let external who come into the restaurant uses the pool. They were eating and washing stuff in the pool which was so disgusting and the staff were just standing there and scared to said something. Untill my mother had enough with one of the kid trying to throw water at her. And she had to tell the staff to tell them to stop. We paid quite high for this place and expected staff to be more trained and professional

“ทำเลดี”

Breakfast offered a good variety and acceptable flavors, though the dinner restaurant was crowded when I visited and the service lagged; the parking attendant was extremely helpful, the front desk took good care of me, the location was excellent, I could hop on a car early in the morning, and the rooms were spacious. The dinner area suffered from slow service due to the crowd, only shampoo was provided without conditioner, and construction in front of the hotel created deafening daytime noise.
