The room was clean. The location was good. The shared kitchen was very dirty. There was no fridge. The roof terrace was nice but also very dirty, e.g., dog poop. We only got towels when we asked. There was no hot water! With maximum temperatures of 12 °C, it was very cold. There was no room service. We stayed 4 nights on site.

The place was clean, but the hot water only worked in a few rooms that had a rapiducha. The location is far from the plaza if you walk, and the mattress was somewhat sagging.

The hotel is quite centrally located, yet there was hardly any hot water, so the bathtub couldn’t be used. The sink was broken, and the Wi‑Fi barely worked or didn’t work at all.
