“Muito fraco para o preço praticado.”
The location and surrounding area are nice. The price‑quality ratio is not great.

The facilities are good, and the Wi‑Fi in the main building works well. I booked “glamping” but there was no glam; instead, I got a three‑person pop‑up tent with a double‑sized air mattress and two sleeping bags. I slept with both sleeping bags (one inside the other) because one alone wasn’t warm enough. There was no food, and it’s hard to find anything to eat in Malga Ciapela. The “Supermarket” is pretty useless. The campground’s facilities are decent, though.

We booked a tent and they gave us inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. The camp has everything you need: restrooms, showers, a washing machine (only one for all guests), a bar, and barbecue grills (wood and grill tools available upon request for 9 €). It’s a bit pricey to sleep in a tent.

Being in the mountains, sleeping with nature around felt good. The water is clean and the shower room is well equipped. It’s too cold at night; I wish the blanket had been thicker.

I had a great time pitching a tent among the trees, though it was already damp inside before I arrived, yet no more water came in even with the persistent rain. I used both sleeping bags, otherwise it would have been too cold—night temperatures dropped to just 10 °C. The washrooms are modern and clean, the bistro is nice with fair prices, and both the staff there and at reception are very friendly. The night sky was breathtaking, and they handed me a lamp for the tent, which I liked. Power banks can be rented, Wi‑Fi is available (though I didn’t need it). A washing machine and dryer would have been useful. The price for a single night in the tent was far too high, and the description is misleading; it seemed like you had a private bathroom, but that’s only available for an extra fee. The “Futon Bed” label is also misleading, even though it was obvious that a futon couldn’t be in a hanging tent. I wouldn’t call this night “glamping”—it’s just plain camping. The location is nice, but without a car it’s hard to reach, and the buses run only very rarely.
