I had a bit of a rocky start to my stay as my room wasn't ready when I arrived, and the host initially seemed to shift the blame onto me for the mistake. However, after some discussion, she did eventually provide us with rooms, which I appreciate. Despite the initial hiccup, I'm grateful for the resolution.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and courteous, which made a great first impression. Additionally, the hotel's location was super convenient for my needs. Overall, I was pleased with my experience so far.
