The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The evening cultural program featured folk dance, live music, and a delicious traditional Rajasthani dinner that made the experience truly special. Breakfast offered a great variety, with everything fresh and well prepared.

I had an amazing 3‑day stay at Heritage Juma Resort! The hospitality was excellent, with staff who were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the food delicious, and the peaceful desert atmosphere made the trip special. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy Jaisalmer, and I highly recommend it for family and friends. I will definitely visit again.

The place has potential to be a nice accommodation if a bit more attention is given. Perhaps we shouldn’t expect more for this price. It is messy; our bungalow looked worn out. The staff are indifferent. The jeep safari we booked is not worth it.

I stayed at Heritage Juma Resort Camp near the Sam Sand Dunes and had a genuinely solid, no‑nonsense desert experience. The tents were clean, the food good, bonfire nights enjoyable, and the unreal quiet under a sky full of stars—exactly what you come to the desert for, nothing fake or overhyped. It was simple, real, and memorable. I would definitely stay again.

Hygiene is completely missing, which is the most important thing for me. They don’t care about it either, especially since it’s near the end of the season—very disappointing.
