“Uma ótima estadia no Zé da Rampa! Ambiente acolhedor, atendimento atencioso... Recomendo!”
The room met my needs for sleep and shower, was clean, and the breakfast was good.
The staff were extremely kind and polite. The exterior looked nice, but the rooms were tiny and old‑fashioned, so overall I still gave a very positive rating.
“Alles in allem ein schönes familienfreundliches Hotel mit sehr netten Personal.”
The price‑to‑value was justified, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were very family‑friendly and pleasant. Some guests were not very considerate with noise (closing doors); the outside noise was also sometimes loud (motorcycles and cars).
“Ótima estadia, boas comodidades e excelentes na simpatia e atendimento.”
The place was well‑located near the farm where we had the event, which made our visit much easier; breakfast was tasty, varied, and plentiful; the amenities were good and everything was very clean; a baby bed was available, which was a plus. The shower was inconvenient and we ended up soaking the surrounding area.
“Très bon séjour, beaux échanges avec l’équipe et une propreté au top pour notre chambre avec les lits faits tous les jou”
The team’s communication, bedding, climate control, and housekeeping were all great. We would have liked fresher products for breakfast, but it was still good.
