The location was good and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the staff were very unfriendly, giving the hotel a bad start. We arrived early around 9 am, and instead of a greeting, we were told we couldn’t check‑in until 4 pm. They didn’t even ask for our names. Even when we returned an hour later to drop off a few items, no one wanted to know which room we were arriving for. Communication was impossible except that check‑in wasn’t possible. We came back at 6 pm and found out our room wasn’t ready yet. … maybe it would have been cleaned if they’d asked for our name when we left our luggage? In the end, the room had old bedding. Even after swapping for fresh sheets, it wasn’t better. The bathroom was clean, but there was mildew here and there.
