The staff were very friendly and attentive, but the room keys didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk overnight to get them reset. There were also frequent water and power disruptions, which might be more of an area issue than the hotel itself.

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean, and the pool area had plenty of seating for relaxing. However, the room had a few things that needed fixing: the shower handle fell off (it was repaired by the next afternoon), the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall (never fixed), and we couldn’t get Wi‑Fi in our room—only in the common areas, requiring a new login scan code each time. We also reported that the inn room safe deposit box was permanently locked. We chose this hotel for the fitness center, but the room had no AC, and the equipment was dirty, rusty, and broken; the online photo of the gym must have been taken many years ago. Breakfast was not included.

Swimming in the pool was refreshing at the end of the day, especially with the well‑executed mural backdrop. Complimentary coffee was good and the restaurant was attractive. The lighting in the room could be stronger, and two shelves for suitcases would be appreciated.
