The location was great.
Almost everything was fine, but I wanted a room by the pool because the kids loved it and were happy there; for some unknown reason they wouldn’t let me pay extra to get it, and the children ended up not enjoying it either, which was disappointing for me as well.

The staff were helpful and the location was great, though finding a parking spot was difficult.
I booked an apartment because I was traveling with my 17‑kg dog, and everything went flawlessly; the staff’s generosity and understanding were rare to find, and I was allowed to bring my dog everywhere. The hotel boasts a superb, well‑kept garden, and the pool is cleaned daily, staffed by a lifeguard with meticulous attention to detail. It was truly a pleasure.
During the three‑day stay the room was never cleaned.
