Nothing; they cancelled my reservation on the same day, hours before the booking. They called me saying there was an emergency leak, and I asked if they had another property nearby. I told them it was their fault; they promised a refund. Now they ignore my messages and I’m still waiting for the property to release the funds. I didn’t even stay.
