I’m really grateful for the guy at the front desk who helped me find places of interest, opened the gym after hours for me to work out even though I arrived late at night, and brought fruit to my room because I hadn’t eaten; it was truly spectacular service!

The room was big and the staff were friendly, especially Amirhan who was always ready to help. The pool was dirty, the breakfast looked bad, flies were over the food, there was no coffee machine—coffee came in sachets and you had to pay extra for a decent cup, and the view from the window was of a trash heap.
