The room was really cute, but the service was terrible and the organization extremely disappointing. The hotel ran several events at the same time, yet it was clear the staff couldn’t handle both the events and the guests properly. We had booked half‑board and were told what would be on the menu, but when dinner was served we received a completely different menu and nobody offered an alternative or tried to fix the issue. It was also surprising to learn that the pool required a separate fee – the first time I’ve stayed somewhere where you have to pay extra for swimming. Overall the hotel failed to juggle two events and its guests, mainly because of understaffing. At reception, when I asked where I could park while taking a walk, knowing two events were scheduled that night, I was told simply, “Put it outside the hotel.” I had expected far more care, organization, and willingness to help. The experience was wholly negative; I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
“Carino, ma con qualche accortezza sarebbe migliore”
The building looks nice and is well organized, but the initial information was unclear. The shower room had drainage issues and a lingering odor. Breakfast was limited to a choice of beverage—cappuccino, coffee, or juice—and a brioche; anything else cost extra.
“cocina capada para no usar sin pagar aparte”
The room was spacious and the staff were friendly, although no one spoke a language other than Italian. They charged extra for using the pool and the apartment’s kitchen, something I had never seen before; I think I was the only tourist there. They asked why I was staying, but eventually didn’t charge me for the pool, though they tried.
The room was cozy and clean, but the staff were not very welcoming.
“Fine settimana da non ripartire.”
The pools were a highlight, yet the services were not clearly explained, the prices were misaligned, and the overall quality of the property was poor.
