Suburban Studios Copley Akron West

“Came for INKarceration festival. Will not go back.”

We found our room riddled with structural flaws, cockroaches, and no kitchen tools or paper towels. When the lights went out, you could see straight through the door trim into the hallway. We asked for utensils and other kitchen items, but never got them. Four guests were listed for the room, yet we only received two towels. The front desk promised to send someone to spray for the roaches, but they never left, and we never saw any spraying. The stay was terrible and we won’t return.

Every visit has been wonderful! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, offering good value for the price, but the construction quality was poor.

“It was horrible”

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon entering my room, my girlfriend and I were startled by a roach crawling out of the headboard, which was attached to the wall. The roach then proceeded to crawl onto the dresser, causing my girlfriend to scream in shock, as she had never seen one before. To make matters worse, an elderly man kept taking photos of my girlfriend as she walked by, which caused a scene.

“Don't go there”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was completely marred by a multitude of issues. From the moment I arrived, I encountered problems that made my experience unbearable. The hotel's facilities and services were subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
