The establishment was not clean, with cockroaches in the room; it was not clean enough, not equipped, and I did not like it.
I was pleased to find that the hotel had a pool available, and there was plenty of space in the rooms and common areas. However, the location was a bit of a drawback, as it was quite far from the sea - although we had known that going in. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at the ZEN Bentota Ayurveda Resort; the staff were absolutely great—very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my entire visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was also extremely clean and well maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay, and the Ayurveda treatments were excellent and very relaxing; I felt refreshed and thoroughly cared for afterward. I will definitely return on my next vacation. Highly recommended!

It was quiet, peaceful and lush green, but there were no facilities—just a soap. Breakfast was not up to the mark, so there is no point adding or taking breakfast here.
