The spot is right in the middle of everything and Guilherme was super helpful, making the whole experience feel smooth. There’s a little beer bar and a tobacco shop on site, which was convenient. The only downside is that there’s no enclosed parking garage, so you have to park out in the open.

The floor was a nightmare – every step made it wobble, and whenever someone walked past the room the whole thing shook. The balcony was basically unusable, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Got two rooms with a fully stocked kitchen and the price was hard to beat – perfect if you like cooking your own meals. We ran into a few hiccups with one of the rooms, but the owner sorted everything out right away.

From booking to checkout I was taken care of, especially Fred who helped me with my bags at check‑in. The apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the ground‑floor restaurant served tasty meals for both lunch and dinner. All in all, a solid deal for the price.
