The room was a nightmare: sheets were nasty, stained, and ripped; towels were stained, the thread was bare; a small washcloth was stained, the comforter was stained and tore; breakfast was cold, sausage undercooked, 1% milk, orange juice watered down, coffee felt like warm water; front staff was rude; the pool needed cleaning; the room had spider webs, mold, mildew, carpet tore, creating trip hazards.

The staff were helpful and the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but we needed more pillows, one staff member didn’t acknowledge us at check‑in, and the lobby smelled terrible.

“King rooms are on the second floor with no elevator”

The staff were very friendly and courteous, yet all king beds were on the second floor with no elevator, making them inaccessible for my mobility‑impaired partner; otherwise the furniture was worn and the carpet stained, so an update is needed.
