The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms were dirty. We stayed for three days and the cleaning never happened; the bathroom was left unclean even after I asked. They only half‑made the beds, didn’t block the windows, and didn’t take out the trash. Dogs are allowed, but the room smelled like dog urine.

The room was quite comfortable and the waiters at the breakfast restaurant were attentive. The menu was varied and the food was good. They allowed us to leave a bit after check‑out time. We had to wait at reception to check in, and because it’s a boutique hotel there isn’t much staff.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are great and the bread is awesome. Located in a quiet area, ideal for someone looking for a peaceful stay with a beautiful volcano view. Offers safe parking close to the hotel. It is located a little far away from Central Park.
