It is well located. The breakfast is good. The condition of the rooms needs urgent renovation; the windows are ruined by the sun, the rooms are old and have a strong damp smell.

The location was good. The hotel smelled very musty, especially in the rooms and hallways. The bathroom and room were outdated and old, with stains in the bathtub. Parking was too expensive. Some gates for entering and leaving the parking lot didn’t work. The receptionist seemed a bit clueless.

The spot is great and the pool is solid. Nothing else to complain about, everything worked fine.

The place is clean, the location is good and the housekeeping is friendly. You receive a $5 voucher per day for the café, but a Gatorade and orange juice together cost $14—horrible. Breakfast buffet is $20 for adults and $10.99 for kids, and no breakfast is included. Parking is $26 a day for basic parking with nothing special about it. The front desk will not answer the phone unless you call in the morning. The gas station outside the resort charges $9 a gallon, while down the street it’s $3.79 a gallon. You pay a premium price but nothing is included.
