If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it! I did a lot of research before arriving in Ella because it was our honeymoon and there were so many options, but this one is special. The space is private with everything you could possibly need and more. There’s a private terrace with a swing, a private jacuzzi with an awesome view, and Indika and Tharaka take care of every need, while Tavinya will make your soul smile. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. With an extra bit of magic fairy dust, this place delivers. Couples, just book! The romantic nature of this place is beyond expectations.

We were greeted warmly, the staff were attentive, the decor made the place feel cozy, and the jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after a day of excursions. Overall, the hotel was fantastic; we spent three truly wonderful nights and would recommend it 100 %. No negatives.

The hospitality was absolutely incredible! We loved our three‑night stay. Indika and his family were amazing hosts. Every morning’s breakfast was lovely and highly recommended. Their suggestions for local trips really enhanced our experience, and they even offered a tuk‑tuk service for exploring. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Sri Lanka! 💜💛

The Symbol of Ella feels like its own tropical paradise, yet it’s still close to the city centre. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Nothing to add.
