“Malísimo”
I showed up at the time I’d told them, but the front desk was empty and my reservation wouldn’t go through. Ended up not being able to use the booking at all. Nothing else to note.

Raúl – the guy they call Pinky – was really attentive, and the inn’s décor has a nice, cozy feel. Everything else ran smoothly, so there really wasn’t any downside.

Great experience overall; Raul can talk for hours and makes the stay feel very pleasant. No complaints at all.

Pinky was super helpful, and the hotel itself is a well‑preserved historic building. The room was spotless, comfortable for two adults and a dog, and they welcomed pets without any hassle. Nothing else to complain about.

The staff were extremely friendly and the place feels spacious, right by the waterfront. It’s a historic spot in the city and everything worked fine. No real issues.
