How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was very close to the city centre, the staff was friendly, and it was quite clean. Overall it’s an old apartment; I’d rate it 5 out of 10. If you expect something good, it’s not that option.

Nice stay, satisfaction. Everything as described.

I would normally give it a 10, but one thing stands out. The person who checked me in needs to change his attitude; he acted as if he didn’t have time and I was a nuisance. I travel worldwide, but this is the first time I’ve seen this. If he doesn’t like welcoming guests, he should change jobs.

Parking is available, the location is central, check‑in is flexible, the Wi‑Fi is solid, and the staff are friendly. The room I booked, which looked larger in the photos, actually has two desks and is much bigger than expected. The kitchen is only open during reception hours (9‑16); on the day we left it opened after 9am, so we had to leave our groceries in the fridge because we ran out of time.
