I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff, and the room was clean; the breakfast included and the bathroom on the 9th floor were both excellent. However, the humidifier in the room had no water and showed a red light.

The front desk staff are on duty 24 hours, greet you pleasantly and handle everything with courteous, attentive service.
