Atour S Hotel Shanghai Wanyuan Road

“体验极好”

My stay at this hotel went beyond what I expected; it’s just a short walk from Gu Dai Lu station on Metro line 12, and there’s convenient drop‑off parking right at the entrance, the room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member I met was friendly, proactive, and efficient—I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Shanghai.

“Have a great time staying in this hotel.”

I had been skeptical about the Atour S Hotel, but the stay turned out to be outstanding, surpassing every expectation. The location was spot‑on, just a quick subway ride or a short taxi hop away. My room was spotless and easy to use. What really stood out was the service: every staff member I met was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Whenever I needed anything, they resolved it instantly or delivered the requested service right away. I’m already looking forward to another visit.

The room was completely quiet and spotless, the surrounding area felt relaxed and pleasant, the front‑desk team was well‑trained, friendly and eager to help, and they even took care of coordinating things for me so I didn’t have to switch rooms repeatedly; I also noticed the laundry area was constantly attended, with freshly washed and dried clothes promptly collected and stored for guests without clogging up the facility.

“Despite challenges with language, we cooperated well with amy possible means to understand.”

It was a pleasant stay. I skipped breakfast because I already had other breakfast arrangements. Keep it up.
