How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The apartment was large and comfortable, we hosted eight people and it was very spacious. The location was excellent and the staff were open and happy to help with any request. At this price I expected breakfast to be included, and since the apartment belongs to a hotel I also expected a coffee machine or at least coffee/tea in the apartment.

Because the apartment was in a side building, we were disappointed. The steep stairs to the apartment made it difficult to get there.

I stayed in a standard apartment inside the Jewish ghetto; it was clean and tidy, and the location was spot on.

The area and views from all windows, friendly and helpful staff, large rooms, great air conditioning, all the kosher amenities – platter time switch, etc., a large fridge‑freezer, thick glass windows, good Wi‑Fi, no elevator and some old furnishings, but that’s Venice.

The apartment is adapted for Shabbat observers, huge with three very large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shower. The fridge didn’t turn on before we arrived, and we’re on the fourth floor with no elevator, making it completely inaccessible for small children. A staff member came and said he’d fix it, and hot water did appear, but the tap leaked and flooded the kitchen. When I called him back he came to stop the leak but ignored the wet floor, all while watching a soccer game on his phone, giving the impression he didn’t care at all.
