How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The reservation details were not clearly understood, and the check‑in time was listed as 16–21 h in the confirmation email, but when I arrived at 17 h the room was not ready and they told me to come back at 22 h. They offered me one of three available rooms at the same price as the original booking. The facilities themselves were very good, so it was very disappointing. I think it might be best to avoid booking here.
