The location was perfect for my cathedral commitments, close to town and all amenities, the room was immaculately clean with modern, high‑quality furnishings, the shower was powerful and the cubicle huge with the easiest controls I've ever used, everyone was extremely friendly, and we had a wonderful stay in Truro – highly recommended, with no complaints.

The room was nice with daylight and a bathroom in a very central location; the paid parking is a short walk away, and with the windows closed you hear nothing from the street, making it good for exploring nearby places like Newquay and Falmouth, but the bathroom (bathtub with rain shower) was missing a handheld shower, which would be helpful.

The room was well‑kept and beautiful with all the necessary utilities, but we experienced a lot of noise from the room next to us; even normal conversations were audible, indicating poor sound insulation and significantly affecting comfort and quiet.
