Peaceful, a good spot, nature. The staff were not there. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the pillows were very small.

The bungalows look lovely from the outside, but I ended up in a hotel room. That room was absurdly small, and the bathroom was even smaller—there was literally no space to put any toiletries, and the few towels were tiny. It was bad weather, and the resort basically shut down; hardly anything was operational (the outside bar, boats, and sea equipment rental were all closed). Within one night—after I’d booked three nights—I realized my son and I couldn’t stay there because it would feel claustrophobic, and the outside was dead. The bungalows that look spacious from the outside might give a different experience. There was no reception, so we went to the restaurant to tell the one person we found that we were leaving and asked how to leave; she told us to just leave the key on the door, which we did. I planned to contact them later. The next part was the worst: I reached out to the property for a refund, even partial, and they could have said no, but they immediately told me to contact Booking. I did, and Booking responded several times by email and phone, saying they were trying to request on my behalf but were getting no response. I tried again to contact the property three times and they didn’t reply at all—total silence. That’s the worst part; when you’re in tourism you need to address even unsatisfied guests.

Nice, well-kept surroundings. The room was very small and had no operable windows, only a skylight—my husband could only open it by climbing onto the bed and using a clothes hanger (nothing else was available). It turned out that only mosquitoes were bothering us; if there had been a leak, we would have slept wet.

Švaru, graži aplinka, malonus personalas, labai skanus maistas!. Duše galėtų būti lentynėlė prausimosi priemonėms pasidėti

The location was fine. The room felt too small and the mattress was overly soft.
