The décor is welcoming, but the bathroom equipment is mediocre, the toilet seat is broken, the scale is broken, and there are no storage drawers.

Il Campo Marzio, located in Rome's city centre, offers proximity to key attractions. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Trevi Fountain and less than 1 km from Piazza Navona. Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms, free WiFi, and flat-screen TVs. A bar, coffee shop, and 24-hour front desk are available. Nearby attractions include Piazza di Spagna, Spanish Steps, and an ice-skating rink.

The location is great, but the overall experience was terrible and customer service nonexistent. Our room had no hot water, so we couldn’t shower. A plumber came but said the needed part wasn’t available. The staff were indifferent and only offered a $15 breakfast voucher as compensation. Because no other rooms were on site, we had to book another hotel entirely. Worse, management ignored my refund requests for two weeks, and I had to keep following up. It was a complete nightmare from start to finish.

The location is excellent, but everything else is only up to a 3‑star level, certainly not a 4‑star.
