I spent an anniversary weekend with my husband at this simply amazing hotel! Everything was flawless: the staff, the food, the location and the beach… A real little slice of paradise! My husband had unfortunately left his Louboutin sneakers in our room, and we only noticed after returning to France. I called the hotel, and they immediately arranged to send them back. Huge thanks to the entire team for their honesty, professionalism, and quick response. Truly impressive! It’s so reassuring to find such a trustworthy and serious establishment. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, both for the quality of the stay and the staff’s integrity. You can go with complete confidence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Bien situé, mais dénature le paysage et mauvaise qualité de restauration et d’infrastructure”

We really liked the stunning sea view and the hotel’s pleasant location. However, we were very disappointed with the overall quality of our stay, especially the all‑inclusive package. The buffet seemed more like junk food than the level of service expected at such an establishment. The portions were large, but the quality was clearly lacking, and we noticed significant food waste. We also repeatedly found hair in our food, which is completely unacceptable for hygiene. The drinks were generally poor, mostly overly sweet, except for the beer, which was the only beverage we enjoyed. The pool closing at 18:00 was a shame, especially for a place catering to vacationers. Our room had several issues: a strong cigarette smell, a shower that drained poorly and tended to overflow, making it unpleasant to use. Environmentally, we were shocked by certain practices; for instance, the outdoor terrace was watered heavily every morning to clean it, which seemed like a major water waste. In short, despite an interesting all‑inclusive concept on paper, the food quality, hygiene problems, facilities, and some disrespectful environmental practices left a very negative impression. We expected a noticeably higher level of service.
