Not that good. We ran out of food and the waffle mix was watered down, and the juice was watered down too. The pool was cold, the heater was broken, and when three people asked about it, the final guy said it was broken. He could have told us that it was broken when we checked in.

The location was great. Overall it didn't meet expectations of Best Western. The room was okay but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was good. The air conditioner was running but the room still felt sticky and humid.

The staff were accommodating. We walked into our room and the mildew smell instantly hit us. The bed/bedding felt damp, and even the floors felt damp. We talked to the front desk employee, who offered a new room. We moved to that – definitely 10x better but still not a great smell.
