“Loved the hotel!”

The staff went above and beyond for us. We got there at 5:00 AM, and even though rooms were fully booked, they let us use a room for a small fee before moving us to our booked room. I’m especially grateful to the helpful team member who helped me set up my Indian SIM card. The rooms are beautifully designed with reliable hot water. The location is great—just a short walk to a local mall and good restaurants. I felt safe staying at that hotel. Thanks Olive Team, I’ll come back!

“A great location with a comfortable stay if you don't mind broken amenities”

The staff were excellent, from security to front desk to cleaners. The location is very good, right in the middle of the best parts of Bangalore. The building itself is poorly maintained. I had to change rooms four times before I got one that had nothing broken and all the facilities worked. Room 103 is right next to the generator, so whenever there’s a power outage, diesel smell lingers in the room all day.

“Overall a great location & space to stay in. Convenient & simple in the heart of the city”

The location was perfect for the value and purpose of my stay. The problem was that the room didn’t have basic items like glasses, cutlery, or enough toiletries—there were only toiletries for one person. They were provided on request.

The room was very large, comfortable, clean, and had A/C and ventilators. They accommodated our very late check‑in and the staff were overall polite and friendly. The facilities cover all basic needs. The bed was small, there was quite a bit of street noise (we couldn’t close the window), and there were no towels in the room—we had to ask for them. The pictures look better; in reality the place is older and basic.
