“Charming and comfortable place worth your money”
The hospitality feels like a *chief’s kiss*, as if it were a mom-and-pop place and the staff feel like distant relatives you want to hug; it has a nostalgic vibe that made me feel the past hadn't fully left it, which I really appreciated. The bed is soft, the shower is hot, and the room is clean. The location is amazing, just 5 minutes to the airport bus, and I'm in the middle of everything with everything you need within walking distance. Great value. My room had a cigarette smell, although I got used to it (common in Istanbul). There was no tea kettle or iron, and I didn't see complimentary water—though I also didn't ask the front desk for it, maybe you need to ask. While there are no facilities like a gym or conference center, I think the trade‑off is fair for the advantages it offers. It's very charming, and I'll gladly book it again on my next Istanbul visit.
