“My worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel to many small and under developed countries.”
The only bright spot was the staff, the cleaning crew were diligent and pleasant. Every door was locked, the hotel was dark, and nobody was there to check us in when we arrived. Don’t come Monday‑Wednesday because the hotel only opens for an hour to check in; our taxi driver had to find a neighborhood security guard who had to make some calls to let us in. There’s no drinking water on the premises even for purchase, no nearby stores, all ice machines are broken and actually dismantled, the kitchenette has no utensils, the coffee machine has no coffee, and we were forced to pay 100% in advance but after that there was no service at all.
